The Private File
Life's had always been a drama. Too much of a drama indeed that I got real sick of it.
Had always been a rollercoaster ride for me, having sudden unexpected climax and in another second, it might just drop to 0.5degrees.
Thats just life.
Live it to the fullest and remember not to expected too much, the fall might just be an unbearable one.
Fashion is my passion. Photography is the accomplice. Honesty is my living principle.

2. Heat pan with a lil olive oil, seal the marinated salmon till half cooked. Remove salmon from pan and leave it aside.
3. In the same pan, add garlic, thyme leaves, and butter and fry till a nutty smell, its a kind of fragrant royal butter smell. Add salmon and brush salmon with the sauce in the pan (the butter sauce, just constantly scoop from the side and drench the salmon with it) till salmon is cooked. Dispose the dirty butter that is used to fry salmon.
4. Scoop a lil cauliflower puree into plate and place salmon on top, the rest of the cauliflower puree can be place above the salmon as seen in the picture above.

LEMON BUTTER SAUCE Ingredients:
- 3 medium sized lemons (mild ripe - greenish yellow kind) - Butter (adequate portion, cos it's less than 1/2 a block)
Method: 1. Squeeze the juice of the lemons into a pot.
2. Then heat pot of lemon juice, reduce to syrup texture and wait til slight boil while stirring occasionally.
3. Remove from stove, add slices of butter slowly one by one and stir constantly till it melts in syrup. The butter is to actually increase the thickness of the syrup therefore the amount of butter you add depends on the preffered texture that you want.
4. Leave it aside, do not put in on stove or refrigerate, it might cause the butter to separate from the solution.
5. Drizzle onto the cooked salmon and served immediately.
